Head of Business Unit (m/f) Customer Service/Back office

challenge

  • Responsible for the internal sales department
  • Leading and promoting directly subordinated employees
  • Further development of the team and the processes within the supply chain
  • Process responsibility for efficient order processing
  • Collaboration and support of product managers and key account managers
  • Close cooperation with management
  • Active participation in projects

qualifications

  • Basic commercial training with further training in the field of business administration, marketing or sales
  • First management experience in comparable position
  • Preferably experience in medical technology or healthcare.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Problem identification, structuring and solution competence
  • Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills
  • Convincing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Loyalty, decisiveness, persuasiveness and implementation skills
  • English and German required, French and other foreign language skills desirable
