Head of Business Unit (m/f) Sales and Distribution

challenge

  • Management of the international sales organization
  • Maintaining customer contacts on a national and international level
  • Observation of the market in the industry and development of sales strategies in close cooperation with management
  • Preparation of the cost and revenue budget and its enforcement
  • Negotiating partners for important projects and top clients
  • Representation of the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses

qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the sale of medical products requiring explanation and in the management of a sales organization.
  • Experience in sales via distributors an advantage
  • Experience in the further development of business models and the optimization of processes
  • Communicative, positive and team-oriented personality with hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English, additional foreign language an advantage
  • High willingness to travel, also in an international environment
