The management of Somapharm AG is proud and pleased about the completion and dispatch of the new share certificates for our shareholders. Since the parliamentary resolution in June 2019, various options have been examined to ensure that the share register is kept in a legally compliant and future-proof manner. We are convinced that we have found the right partner for the software level and the issuance of physical share certificates.
